The garden covers up to 1500 m2 and the villa itself with its 140 m2 of living space can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The villa consists of two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to store delicacies, while the cozy living room is perfect for spending quality time with the family with an unforgettable view of the Opatija Riviera. On the same terrace there is a beautiful rustic fireplace and outdoor dining room with a breathtaking view that will make your stay unforgettable and relaxing. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.
