The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature. The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 20 km away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. I?i?i is a well-known nautical center with the ACI Marina. In the center of the town there is a large beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. There are a large number of sports and leisure activities on offer here, in addition to swimming and sunbathing. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the Pearl of the Adriatic.
