This beautiful villa is located near Opatija, the pearl of Kvarner Bay, and offers a magnificent view of the bay. The two-storey family villa has 4 modernly furnished bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people in total. The large, open-plan first floor consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also located on the first floor and has direct access to the beautiful garden. On the upper floor there are 3 further double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor there is a terrace, a particularly private place from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea view with a glass of Malvasia. The garden is the highlight of the villa, designed with great attention to detail. In front of the villa there is a large private pool and sun loungers where you can relax. Next to the pool is a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill and serve them to your family in the covered outdoor dining area. The villa offers many activities such as table tennis, table soccer and pool table, so you will certainly not be bored. Villa Pia is perfect for families and groups looking for a wonderful vacation and the best description for Icici and the whole Kvarner Bay is probably - breathtaking. Only 2 km from Opatija, the pearl of the Adriatic, and 18 km from Rijeka, after visiting this region it will be hard to go back home. Within a radius of 5 km you will find many different beaches where you can enjoy the warm
Croatian sun. Nearby is the harbor where you can rent a boat to visit the islands in the region. Lungomare is also a wonderful way to get to know the region. The 12 km long Lungomare coastal promenade is particularly popular with guests in Opatija. The promenade is 100 years old, romantic and relaxing, far from the traffic and hustle and bustle of the city. Along the promenade there are numerous monuments in honor of notable personalities who have visited Opatija: the writer Henryk Sienkiewicz, the doctor Theodor Billroth, the general Jozef Pilsudski, etc. Volosko is also a must-see - once a fishing village, today a charming coastal town known for numerous restaurants and a wonderful view of the sea.
