The villa itself is a piece of jewellery! In the well-kept exterior, you have a marvellous pool all to yourself. The covered terrace is the place where everyone gathers around the charcoal barbecue for dinner and to round off the balmy summer evenings under the clear starry sky.
The interior is bright and modern. The clean lines in the open-plan living area are only interrupted by a few traditional details and furnishings and have a very calming and cosy effect. A fully equipped kitchen leaves little to be desired. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two more on the upper floor. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with shower, air conditioning and TV. The master bedroom on the upper floor also has its own covered balcony. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view and relax undisturbed to your favourite music or a great book. Villa Julia Marija is simply a dream house, which offers you a great holiday with the whole family and friends in a typical Istrian environment. This beautiful Villa Julia Marija is located in the Vinjan area, about 12 km from Pore. The spirit of the rich historical heritage can be experienced in the streets of the old town centre of Vinjan. In the surroundings of Vinjan you can taste delicious delicacies and typical Istrian specialities in Istrian taverns. Vinjan is also known for its internationally renowned observatory and as one of the last places in Istria where autochthonous Istrian cattle (Bokarin) are kept. The beautiful town of Pore is known for its culture, tourism, sports and leisure. During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town centre of Pore or simply enjoy a day at the beach. Pore is an attractive holiday destination as it offers a wide range of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, football, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports).
