This beautiful modern villa is nestled on a hillside near the small medieval town of Lovran on the famous Opatija Riviera. It offers magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea from the terraces and very private garden with an infinity pool. The location is excellent with all amenities and the beach within a few minutes walk. Outside you will find a fine outdoor dining area, sun loungers for 8 and some nice lounge furniture to enjoy the views and the sun. Inside, the house offers a spacious open plan living area with light flooding in and opening onto the garden. All 4 double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There are 4 private parking spaces.Lovran is a charming old town on the famous Opatija Riviera. The famous summer residence was often visited in the past by crowned heads and famous personalities. Today it is one of the most sought-after destinations on the Adriatic, dotted with beautiful old villas and manicured parks. A beautiful old footpath (7 km) along the shoreline connects Lovran with Opatija. So it is ideal if you like long nice walks with good restaurants and nice cafes along the way. Grocery stores, restaurants, pubs etc. ... are all within 10 minutes walking distance. You can also enjoy the nightlife in one of the local clubs and there is a rich local summer entertainment and cultural program. Or you can simply retreat and relax in the intimacy of Villa Lina.
