The 70 square metre holiday home is detached on a 400 square metre separate recreational plot on the outskirts of Warthe. From here you have an unobstructed view of the rural surroundings. The former farmhouse from the 19th century was completely modernised in 2020. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), a bedroom (double bed and fixed children's bed), another bedroom as a passageway to the bathroom (single bed), a kitchen (dining table, pantry, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine (3 euros/wash cycle). The accommodation is heated by central heating. There is a furnished terrace, beach chair, barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and Wi-Fi. Due to the low room height, the accommodation is not suitable for tall guests over 1.95 metres.

The small fishing village of Warthe is located on the Lieper Winkel, a peninsula between the Peenestrom and Achterwasser on the island of Usedom. The Baltic seaside resorts are approx. 25 km away. Restaurant and shopping in the village, to the bathing area on the Achterwasser approx. 800 m.
