Situated on a horse farm just 10 minutes from Saint Rémy de Provence, this modern cottage offers an idyllic retreat. Immerse yourself in the elegant decor, complemented by a private garden, swimming pool, children's games and a charming oleander garden surrounded by horses. On the first floor is a spacious, air-conditioned open-plan living room. A modern open staircase leads to a mezzanine reading area with air conditioning, the perfect place to sit and escape the warm summer sun. Outside there is a private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m) with pool house, surrounded by a terrace with a table and 6 chairs and garden furniture for 4 people. Children will love the wooden hut on the terrace and the garden swing. Experience peace and luxury in the heart of Provence. Important notes: The living room and upstairs landing have air conditioning. Although there are horses nearby, they are not allowed in the garden. The cottage adjoins at the rear and has an agricultural shed not connected to the riding school. The owners live on the same property and ensure an attentive service without disturbance.
