This vacation apartment in Pernes les Fontaines is located in the countryside, about 800 m from the nearest stores, in a quiet but not secluded location. On the first floor there is an open kitchen which is connected to the air-conditioned dining/living area. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. There is a second bedroom on the upper floor. Outside, the property is situated on a spacious, fenced plot, which also has a pétanque court. The terrace, shaded by a pergola, provides access to the dining/living area and the kitchen. There is also a private pool, which is secured by an electric roller shutter gate. Please note: The owner lives in an adjoining house with a separate entrance and does not use the pool or garden, but does carry out necessary maintenance work on the pool. Located in the plain of the Monts de Vaucluse against the backdrop of Mont Ventoux between Isle sur la Sorgue and Carpentras, Pernes les Fontaines is a town full of water and stories with its many old molded fountains that you will discover by chance during your walks in its cobbled streets and alleys. Nearby you can visit the following: Isle sur la Sorgues as well as Fontaine de Vaucluse and its mysterious spring. The city of Avignon is only about 27 km away and Mont Ventoux about 45 km. Families with children can enjoy the water attraction park 'Wave Island' and the amusement park 'Parc Spirou Provence', both of which are located in Monteux, around 8 km away.
