Surrounded by fields and meadows, this 135 m², quietly located vacation apartment for up to 8 people is located on the upper floor of a residential building on a fully fenced plot of approx. 3000 m² with its own driveway. The owner, who lives on the first floor, is usually only on site at weekends. The spacious apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. First occupancy in spring 2021. There is a large living area (sofa set, armchair, desk, dining table, flat screen TV, radio, CD player, DVD) with open kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a combined living/bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV, sitting area), 2 further bedrooms (each with double bed) and a bathroom (shower, two washbasins, WC). There is also a guest WC in the entrance area. A crib and high chair are available for small children. W-LAN is also available. There is also a covered outdoor seating area with fridge and barbecue, sun loungers, a small children's playground and parking on the property.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water consumption. Electricity consumption is billed on site. Pets are allowed in the fully fenced vacation property. Attention, the apartment is not rented to construction workers/companies.

Zwiedorf is a rural, tranquil part of the municipality of Wolde about 10 km from the Reuter town of Stavenhagen with its famous Fritz Reuter Literature Museum, about 7 km from the National Natural Monument 1000-year-old Ivenacker Eichen with its newly opened treetop path and about 5 km from Lake Tüz with its beautiful bathing beach. In Stavenhagen there are plenty of shops, a castle with a well-kept park and a modern, heated forest pool. The region is particularly suitable for a quiet nature vacation, but also as a starting point for further excursions in the region, e.g. to the district town of Neubrandenburg (approx. 30 km) with its famous concert church and many cultural and sporting events, to Waren (Müritz) with the Müritzeum nature adventure center (approx. 40 km) or to Altentreptow (approx. 16 km), where canoe tours can be started on the Tollense.
