Villa Can Bou welcomes its guests in the midst of the fabulous Mallorcan countryside, close to Colonia de Sant Jordi, and stands out at first glance thanks to its elevated position in combination with an exceptionally beautiful outdoor area. Lush palm trees and other Mediterranean plants, well-tended lawns and terraces as well as picturesque paths characterise the garden. There is even a small, decoratively embedded pond. The elaborate design of the outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities for a pleasant stay. The large pool with an impressive length of 11 metres is particularly attractive. The pool is tiled with blue mosaic tiles and is easily accessible via a staircase. Comfortable loungers await guests for extensive sunbathing. The Hollywood swing only adorns the photos and is no longer available. Nevertheless, you have a good view from this spot right next to the pool and can keep an eye on the children splashing around in the water. Here you can relax and enjoy a cool drink or simply watch the world go by. Just 10 steps up from this level are the spacious, partially covered terraces by the house. There are various seating areas where you can either retreat for a while or perhaps socialise and enjoy a meal together, for example. The elevated position makes this area an exclusive vantage point from which you can enjoy a refreshing breakfast or a culinary barbecue in a very special and unique way. Start and end your day here as you please, accompanied by a breathtaking view of the garden. And particularly practical: your hire car is always parked in the shade in the garage.

A light-flooded interior with spacious rooms, tasteful furnishings and high-quality materials creates an exceptionally aesthetic ambience that immediately makes you want to linger. An open-plan living/dining area forms the centrepiece of the house and offers a high standard of indoor living. Light-coloured furniture and materials have been skilfully combined with contrasting colours to create an understated yet imposing whole. The stone wall in the living room is an absolute eye-catcher that skilfully draws your attention. The large TV with satellite connection and the music system are also ideally installed here. This means that you can relax here on the super-comfortable sofa in the best conditions and whenever you feel like it. The whole group can enjoy sophisticated indoor dining together at the elegant dining table, which offers an uninterrupted view of the terrace and beyond. A stylish kitchen offers everything you need on a daily basis, with exclusive fittings and equipment. These include a kettle and a filter coffee machine, which you can use to prepare your first aromatic cup in the morning, just as you please. There is plenty of storage and work space as well as an appealing colour scheme and a small area for an additional dining table. Modern, individually designed bedrooms offer an inviting setting for restful nights. A total of two beds measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres and four beds measuring 1.00 x 2.00 metres are available. There is also space for two small guests. For your comfort, mosquito nets are available in the house, which can be used if required. The three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, are characterised by a very modern design. An iron and three hairdryers are also available in the house and do not need to be brought from home.

Villa Can Bou is an ideal starting point for exploring the island in all directions. Various attractive beaches can be reached quickly with your hire car. A wide range of water sports can be booked with local providers. The landscape around Colonia de Sant Jordi is characterised by numerous salt pans. The lighthouse at Cap des Ses Salines is a great starting point for hikes. In Ses Salines you will find a colourful weekly market every Thursday and several good restaurants with an inviting atmosphere. A little insider tip would be to try the Espinaret restaurant, which is located very close to the villa.

The stunning Villa Can Bou is situated in an attractive rural location, just 4 km north-east of the coastal town of Colonia de Sant Jordi. This former fishing village has two beautiful sandy beaches, the northern one being the famous natural beach of Es Trenc. A trip to the beautiful harbour area there should not be missed in your holiday plans. You can walk from the hotel area to the harbour via footbridges and paths that stretch along the rocky coast.
