On arrival, almost every holidaymaker is overcome by this very special feeling of pure freedom. Calm peace and a slight tingling sensation flow through your body as you enter a new, unknown place that is so magical. With its very own rhythm, Es Bosc de Sa Cova invites you to relax, listen to the subtle sounds of nature and feel completely private in its seclusion. Surrounded by palm, fig and olive trees, this villa on Mallorca is not only ecologically sound, but also equipped with many amenities. The pool with its original tiles is slightly elevated and somewhat secluded, but with its terrace, parasol, loungers and outdoor shower it is a real retreat for undisturbed hours. A covered terrace with dining table, outdoor kitchen and mobile barbecue is right next to the house, making this trip to Mallorca a culinary highlight in any case.

The interior is no less charming. Precious furniture joins a Mallorcan interior that combines rustic elements and modern accents. The alternative mix of styles, the natural stone walls and warm colours create a rustic cosiness. In this ground-floor villa on Mallorca, there is a beautiful double bedroom with a mosquito canopy and an additional sleeping area. The sofa in the living area can easily be used as a bed. If you move into the kitchen with its adjoining wooden dining table, you can also enjoy some well-earned peace and quiet. Es Bosc de Sa Cova also has an originally designed shower room with double washbasin and daylight window. Good to know: Thanks to the fireplace and central heating, you'll be cosy and warm even in winter. The villa is self-sufficient in electricity and water thanks to photovoltaics or its own well water.
All the electricity is generated by a powerful photovoltaic system and is therefore environmentally friendly. Villa Es Bosc de Sa Cova is situated in a wonderfully quiet, secluded location on a spacious, unspoilt 6,000 m² plot in the south of the island. If you drive 2.1 km towards the coast from here, you will reach Ses Salines: good shopping facilities, a weekly market, restaurants, original charm and historical sites - the village offers plenty of variety. Platja es Trenc with its white, fine sand is beautiful and also very close by. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
