Goodbye, home hello, holidays: pack your bags! The cosy and family-friendly Villa Petit Son Baulo awaits you in the north of the island. Small but mighty: your domicile scores with its proximity to the sea and at a moderate price. The villa is in a quiet location and the spacious property is both an oasis of peace and a playground. A small part of it is equipped with evergreen artificial turf. Adults can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and browse through their favourite books, while the children swing in the garden, romp around or play a lively game of tennis. If you feel a little peckish, an energy snack is always ready to hand in the orchard. In the simple pool, a water fight under the Mallorcan sun becomes a refreshing adventure. On one of the two covered terraces, you are sure to find an excellent seat either in a rocking chair or in the comfortable wicker chairs and fill your plate with local delicacies from the charcoal grill or simply enjoy a glass of fine Mallorcan wine. The outside staircase leads directly to the roof terrace, so you are not only closer to the sun, but also to the sky, even though you are already in paradise. In addition to absolute privacy, you can enjoy a breathtaking view into the distance, even directly to the sea if you wish. Family time is precious time: barbecues, chatting, having fun. The two functional bedrooms, the open-plan kitchen/living room with satellite TV and the bathroom with bathtub are furnished in typical Mallorcan style. Sweet dreams await parents in the bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m) and there is plenty of storage space for your shopping trophies. Off to bed: The second bedroom with two single beds offers the children enough space for a fun pillow fight, but of course also for swimming trunks and co. The whole gang lives and eats in the cosy living and dining room. Because life revolves around the cooking pot anyway, as the saying goes: the way to the heart is through the stomach. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher. You can spend cosy evenings together or watch TV on the sofas in the living area. An elegant bathroom is available for the whole family, and the outdoor bathroom with shower provides a quick remedy in case of traffic jams or long waiting times.

The town of Can Picafort promises summer, sun and fun and is only about 5 km away, whether you are on your way to the weekly market, a restaurant or a shop. The town of Alcúdia is a wonderful tourist attraction. The Arab city wall surrounds a historic town centre with numerous shops selling local products in the pedestrian zone. The 1,700-hectare S'Albufera nature park is located right next to the villa and is the largest wetland area in the Balearic Islands. It is home to 200 species of birds and turtles. The number one visitor attraction is, of course, the fantastic beaches: Son Baulo, the bay of Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Son Real are just a few minutes away by car and offer bathing fun for the whole family. Idyllically situated in the countryside and yet close to the sea: these are the holiday coordinates of the quiet family villa Petit Son Baulo in the municipality of Santa Margalida. With an ice cream in your hand and a beach towel in your rucksack, the sea is just a 2 km walk away, but the central shopping and strolling areas of Can Picafort are also just 5 km away.
