Villa Es Carregador is one of those villas that we would love to recreate, because properties like this are hard to find. Firstly, it is a genuine natural stone villa in a secluded location and secondly, the beach and sea are only a few metres away from the house as the crow flies. Furthermore, we are not dealing with an urbanisation or some fishing village, no, the villa really is located on an undeveloped section of the east coast of Mallorca. The coastal landscape with its low cliffs and small sand and shingle coves is simply marvellous. Even in high season, the mini beaches are often empty. Imagine, if you will: A small, romantic villa in a place where you can spend the evening relaxing on a semi-private beach and let the day fade away. Or, of course, you can spend the evening hours in the grounds surrounding the house. The 3,000 m² property has pretty little terraces and gravelled areas where you can relax in peace and quiet. A glass of wine tastes best at the pretty dining table under the patio cover, as does breakfast in the morning with a view of the garden. Another attractive spot during the day is the slightly raised wooden terrace with comfortable sun loungers, which provide the ideal setting for long hours in the sun.

This holiday home is an old stone property in a location where building permits would not be granted today. The owner has completely restored the old building with great attention to detail and transformed it into a modern holiday residence. Light-coloured walls, classic terracotta tiles and exposed wooden ceilings are enhanced by tasteful furniture and harmonious decorations. The ambience is authentically Mallorcan and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The house itself has 90 m² of living space and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, where children can sleep comfortably on the extra beds (bunks). Although this accommodation is particularly suitable for couples looking for a romantic holiday for two, it can of course also be booked by a family of up to four. The cosy holiday home also has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovingly designed living and dining area with an open-plan layout. If you are planning on travelling in the cooler winter months, the fireplace will keep the house warm. After a long day on holiday, watching the crackling fire from the sofa is a special kind of relaxation.

As has already been made clear, one of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The fine sandy bay of Sa Font de sa Cala is approx. 1 km away. It is a small tourist centre and has a good dozen bars and restaurants that have sprung up around the beach. There are also two small supermarkets with everything you need for your daily needs. If you need more infrastructure, simply drive on to neighbouring Cala Ratjada with its lively beach and harbour promenade. There are also several golf courses nearby, most notably Capdepera Golf.

Villa Es Carregador is located very close to the beach in the coastal region of the same name, making it one of the best locations of all the properties in our portfolio. There are beaches nearby, in particular the beautiful bay of Sa Font de sa Cala. You can also go shopping there and enjoy the selection of bars and restaurants. If you need more infrastructure, you will find it in neighbouring Cala Ratjada.
