The elegant villa "Can Alvaro" is located on the outskirts of Ses Salines in the south of the island. Ses Salines is the epitome of a traditional Mallorcan village with a few shops and restaurants. Just 5 kilometres away are two beautiful sandy beaches in Colònia de Sant Jordi, including the famous Es Trenc, Mallorca's largest natural beach. The harbour area of Colònia de Sant Jordi is also worth a visit, with numerous inviting restaurants that invite you to linger.

Idyllic and spacious - these two characteristics immediately catch the eye when you enter the property of Villa "Can Alvaro". Despite the many trees that make the garden a cosy retreat, the terrace offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding open landscape, which invites you to dream and switch off. The outdoor area in front of the house is mostly covered with lawn and offers various ways to spend your time relaxing, whether in the sun or in the pleasant shade of the trees. Sunbathe by the pool, enjoy the Mediterranean sun and cool off in between with a dip in the refreshing water. Directly in front of the house is the terrace, which is paved with light-coloured tiles and supported by picturesque pillars. Here you will also find a splendid dining area. In the warmer months, you can enjoy all meals at the large table with bamboo chairs in the open air. In the morning, the terrace invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast with a marvellous view while you make plans for the day.

Inside the villa, you will find spacious, bright rooms that are tastefully and charmingly furnished for guests. Light-coloured walls and furniture in subtle contrasting colours give the rooms an inviting atmosphere. From the terrace, large glass doors lead into the living room, where three sofas invite you to stretch out and relax. This room is perfect for reading a good book or watching entertaining programmes on the flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances such as a coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher and also has direct access to the outside. The dining table in the kitchen is ideal for dining together indoors while enjoying the beautiful view through the windows.

The extremely cosy bedrooms, furnished in a relaxed and cheerful style, are sure to provide you with a wonderful night's sleep. The two en-suite bathrooms impress with their modern design and natural light, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
