Step inside and let yourself be captivated by this small town where family holidays, entertainment, sport and hospitality are the order of the day!

It's waiting for you:
A comfortable and spacious holiday flat, approx. 70 m² with a south-facing balcony for up to 5 people in a quiet but central location. The beach (sand) is only 70 m away, 400 m away you will find the town centre, the old town and the promenade.
Several supermarkets and shopping facilities (Kaufland, Lidl, Spar, dm, electronics store, Plodine), as well as bakeries, restaurants and shopping facilities for daily needs are 1 km away.
Water sports such as kite surfing and sailing are also available on site.
Bicycles and e-bikes can also be hired for leisurely cycle tours.

Directly in front of Villa Hanka you will find a very shallow sandy beach 70 metres away.
The Afrika Beach Bar serves coffee, cocktails and snacks.
There is also a volleyball court and a sun-protected sandpit for the little ones.
The Barrakuda Grill Bar is just 200 metres from the beach and serves delicious food to round off a perfect day on holiday.
The town centre, the old town and the promenade are only 400 m away.
There are several supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine), bakeries, restaurants and shopping facilities 1 km away.
One of the most beautiful beaches for families with children is located in the Punta settlement. This sandy beach is only 1.5 km from the centre of Umag. The shallow water and easy entry into the sea make it particularly suitable for children and non-swimmers.
