This beautiful and comfortably furnished stone vacation home with private pool and very well maintained garden, is located 4 km from the town of Dicomano and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of the Mugello Valley. The building dates back to the 13th century and the furnishings are particularly well cared for, comfortable and with antique furniture. One side of the property and part of the garden border the cottage coded ITF926, about 30 meters away. A laurel hedge separates the two vacation homes, each of which has a private entrance, outdoor area and pool, making it well suited for large families or groups of friends. In the outdoor area, equipped with quality garden furniture, you will definitely want to find your favorite corner to enjoy your favorite book and a good glass of wine. For your social lunches or dinners is very suitable covered terrace, equipped with table and chairs! Included in the price: daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms. On request and for an extra charge: cooking service and additional domestic help. At a distance of about 1 km there is a riding stable belonging to an estate and here you have the possibility to buy typical local products directly from the producer. For a change of pace and for fans of water sports, there is the beautiful Lake Bilancino (about 16 km), which is a popular meeting place for lovers of sport fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing, especially in summer. Shopping lovers should not miss the opportunity to visit a famous designer outlet near Barberino del Mugello. Some other distances and tips: Vicchio (services and stores of all kinds) about 5 km, tennis court about 3 km, golf course 16 km, Florence airport about 37 km. Access via 500 m gravel road. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled time must be agreed with the landlord at least two weeks before departure.
