Entire flat in Alt Travemünde-Rönnau

Cosy one-bedroom flat with balcony and communal roof terrace, swimming pool, sauna and table tennis room in the building. The 33 m² flat is located on the third floor, which you can easily reach by lift, and offers space for two people. The centrepiece of this one-bedroom flat is the combined living room and bedroom with dining table, TV (cable TV) and sitting area with sofa bed. You can sleep comfortably in the two fold-out, 90 cm wide wardrobe beds. In addition to a two-ring hob, sink and fridge, the adequately sized kitchen also has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and enough crockery and cookware for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The flat is heated with district heating. WLAN works throughout the flat. From the flat you have direct access to the balcony with a view of the Trave estuary, which is obscured by trees in summer. You can also go right up to the roof terrace and enjoy a wonderful view over the bay from there. A green area surrounds the complex and on the roof terrace you can sunbathe and dream of faraway lands with a view of the mouth of the Trave into the Baltic Sea. The flat has its own car parking space in front of the house. Living and relaxing is the motto in this holiday complex with a high recreational value. There is a swimming pool, a sauna with relaxation room and a table tennis room at your disposal.

In the spa town of Travemünde, opposite the Scandinavia Quay, the most important ferry harbour in Europe, this holiday flat offers you relaxed living and recreation. At the gates of the historic Hanseatic cities of Lübeck, Hamburg and Rostock lies your holiday paradise - embraced by the sea - which is always popular with all friends of "sweet idleness", wellness enthusiasts, water rats and hikers - on foot or by bike. Shopping facilities and restaurants are around 1.5 kilometres away. Numerous leisure activities and excursion options can be found in the immediate vicinity.
