Unmittelbar am Ufer des ruhigen Binnensees Övre Valsan, auf dem keine Motorboote fahren dürfen, liegt diese kl. Ferienoase. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der oberen Etage mit eingeschränkter Raumhöhe (ca. 180 cm) liegen 2 SZ. Toilette und Dusche sind in einem separaten Annex, ca. 10 m vom Haus, untergebracht. Schöne Strandlinie am Seeufer für Sommertage. Zudem kann man im See Hecht und Barsch angeln. Den Angelschein dafür erhalten Sie beim nächsten Nachbarn, der deutsch spricht.

Diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten in Reichweite, darunter die Kupfergrube Falu Koppargruva, Leksand Sommarland und Rättvik Sommerrodelbahn. Die umliegende Natur lädt zudem zum Aktivsein an frischer Luft ein, ob beim Wandern, Angeln, Radfahren oder Suchen von Beeren oder Pilzen.

    “Küche und Wohneinrichtung ist perfekt! Alles ist in einem tip top Zustand! Das Haus ist sehr sehr ruhig und wunderbar gelegen! :) Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass das WC im Nebengebäude ist und man nicht zu spülen braucht. Aber da die Nächte im Sommer hell sind, war es auch für die Kinder kein Problem in der Nacht alleine aufs Klo zu gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
