The house with a completely fenced plot of about 400 metres guarantees privacy and tranquillity, and is located 150 metres from the beach of El Palmar.
The garden area, with a porch of about 10 meters, is ideal for outdoor dining.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, an extra bed on the sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar including dishwasher, a living room and a bathroom. Thus, the house is ideal for 4 people or 6 with the extra bed.
You will find a supermarket at about 300 metres, a restaurant with paellas to take home and country bread at about 50 metres. On the white sandy beach (150 m) you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets of this area. If you are also a water sports lover or you like to watch them, this is the ideal area as it is an area suitable for surfing, the house is 2 kilometres from Conil and 12 from Vejer (white villages of Cadiz).
There is a private parking, barbecue, and outdoor shower in the garden area. It also has a wood cooker to make it more cosy.
