The Lavender holiday apartment is in Sinzheim right by Baden-Baden, in a very good location for all those who would like to combine a holiday in the well-known spa town with extended walks in the Black Forest and in the vineyards, as well as trips to the historical towns of Heidelberg, Freiburg, Strasbourg, Colmar or the Europa Park leisure park, especially with their own (rental) car. There is a free parking space right in the courtyard.
The new attic apartment, stylishly decorated with a Mediterranean flair, is in a heritage-protected building in Sinzheim/Baden-Baden, providing more than 100m² of space for two to a maximum of six people. It has two bedrooms, a studio with a cosy dining space by the 3-metre-long window on the south side, an open kitchen with an electric stove, convection oven, dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. There is also a guest WC. Satellite TV, a DVD player, Internet access (DSL 16000) and a telephone are provided.
The cellar has a washing machine, dryer, (both payable) and an ironing room. There is a table tennis table in the courtyard.
The holiday apartment is in the centre of the town “between wine and the Rhine”. Shopping facilities including an organic supermarket, butcher and baker are in the immediate vicinity, as well as various restaurants (German, Italian, Chinese cuisine) and icecream cafés (100-400 meters). There are bus and S-Bahn stops within easy walking distance.
