Swanky Holiday Home in Ebeltoft with Swimming Pool

Holiday cottage with swimming pool and panoramic views of Ebeltoft Bay and the town. In good weather you can see all the way to the island Samsø. The house is incredibly well and functionally furnished with large kitchen/dining area opening on to the living room with a TV with satellite dish that can receive German channels. The kitchen (from 2007) is equipped with all appliances. The swimming pool is 18 m² . There is a bathroom with a sauna in the pool room. From here there are also panoramic views. The house has good beds, and if the kids want a place to play, there is a mezzanine in the living room. In front of the house there is a large terrace where the views can be enjoyed to the fullest. The house is located high with short distance to several good beaches and many fishing and surfing opportunities. The drive-way is on a steep hillside, which can be a challenge during the winter months, but it also means that cottage has as undisturbed location.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Die Lage auf der Höhe und der Panoramablick auf das Meer sowohl vom Wohnraum aus als auch von der Terrasse sind einfach unübertroffen! Da wir außerhalb der Hauptsaison gebucht hatten, war es außerordentlich ruhig, man hörte tagsüber nur regelmäßig Rasenmäher auf Grund der ausgedehnten Rasenflächen rund um die vereinzelten Ferienhäuser. Wir hatten Sonne pur von morgens bis abends und konnten nachts noch den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Der Wohnraum ist hell und modern ausgestattet. Auf Grund der großen Fensterfront könnte es im Sommer etwas warm werden. Die Schlafkammern sind klein und einfach, mit mehreren Personen wollte ich das Haus nicht teilen, wahrscheinlich viel zu hellhörig. Für uns zwei war es phantastisch! Das Schwimmbad reichte, um mal kurz reinzuspringen, mit vier Schwimmzügen ist man jedoch durch. Das Wasser ist stark gechlort, das roch man noch auf der Haut auch nach dem Duschen. Die Kombination mit der Sauna war für uns Luxus, aber mit hohen Nebenkosten verbunden. Da Tag und Nacht im Schwimmbad in kurzen Abständen eine Entlüftung anspringt, die sich auch nicht abstellen lässt (wir haben im Dan-Center nachgefragt), wirkt sich das erheblich auf die Stromrechnung aus. Die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit zeigt auch im Inventar Spuren. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit bzw. der Pflege des Inventars muss man Abstriche machen. Nicht jeder Gast bezahlt die 140€ für die Endreinigung, sondern erledigt das selbst, das hat man gesehen! Auf Grund der Lage und der wunderschönen Landschaft drumherum, die sehr zum Fahrradfahren einlädt, kann ich es jedoch für zwei Personen sehr empfehlen. Wenn dann noch das Wetter mitspielt und man sich nicht über die Nebenkosten ärgert, kann es ein phantastischer Urlaub werden.”
