The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The holiday apartments RAB LOP 054 (4 persons), RAB LOP 055 (11 persons), RAB LOP 056 (4 persons) and RAB LOP 057 (8 persons) are in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

    “Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern mit jeweils Dusche und Toilette sowie einem großen Wohnbereich mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zu getrennten Balkonen. Das Wohnzimmer hat ebenfalls einen Balkon, wo acht Personen frühstücken können.
    Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 11 Personen. Die Einrichtung beinhaltet u.a. eine große Spülmaschine, Flachbildfernseher und Mikrowelle. Möbel und Geräte sind schon etwas älter, aber durchaus akzeptabel.
    Die Klimaanlage machte nicht den Eindruck, die Wohnung abkühlen zu können, wurde allerdings auch nicht eingesetzt.
    Der Garten ist groß mit Obstbäumen, Trampolin und einer großen Gartenlaube. Die Vermieter sprechen Deutsch. Sie sind sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und servieren ab und zu kleine Leckereien.
    Das Haus liegt nicht am Strand, jedoch sind alle Strände zu Fuß und/oder mit Auto erreichbar.
    Fazit: Für Großfamilien oder Kleingruppen sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht eine moderne Luxuswohnung erwartet, was allerdings der recht günstige Preis auch nicht erwarten lässt.”
