Holiday apartments in a former monastery with a garden

Welcome to the medieval village of Uzzano. These five holiday apartments are in an old building that was renovated in 2014. It is a former monastery. The building is halfway up one of the Valdinievole hills, surrounded by nature, among olive and citrus trees.

The properties 927650, 927999, 928014 and 928052 have a shared garden, while property 928536 has a private garden.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. The site is completely enclosed by old stone walls. Small pets are welcome, on request. There is a parking space on site (on request). Wireless Internet access is available in all the apartments. The Uzzano Castello area does not have public transport connections to the surrounding area, therefore a car is necessary to get to the accommodation.

There are shops about 1000 metres from the accommodation. You can discover the towns in the region such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa or Cortone. It is also worth visiting the thermal spas Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, and Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Bolgheri on the Tyrrhenian coast, as well as Cinque Terre on the Ligurian coast.

This holiday apartment of around 60m² is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with two armchairs, a dining table for four people, a flatscreen TV (digital TV, 32“) and a DVD player, and a kitchen with a small table and two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a room adjoining the bathroom with a washing machine and an iron. A cot or a junior bed can be provided. Each room can be heated. The apartment has its own separate entrance.

Outside there is a veranda, where you can enjoy meals or simply relax. There are also a small terrace and a fenced garden with grapefruit, orange and lemon trees, for your own exclusive use.
