Beautiful Apartment in Torrequebrada with Private Parking and Fantastic Views

This apartment, Casa Vela has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge with sofa bed, kitchen and terrace with gorgeous views. The apartment also has air conditioning, wifi internet, private parking, 2 communal swimming pools, communal gardens, communal solarium with fantastic views and a communal gymnasium. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres from the sea and is approximately 3.5km from the Marina. It is a approximately 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants.The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years. High Speed internet throughout the apartment. Events/parties are not allowed at this apartmentPets are not allowed.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) . It is possible to rent the appartement monthly from January to March.

Benalmadena Costa is home to the majority of the areas attractions, the most important are the beautiful beaches.There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and the area retains a relaxed friendly atmosphere all year round..

Places to visit A promenade stretches along the coast to the Puerto Marina (Marine Port), which boasts excellent shopping and dining. The marina is also home to The Sea Life Centre, home to all types of marine wild life. You can take a stroll around to look at the floating hotels and millionaire’s yachts and at night the Puerto Marina becomes a party zone. La Paloma Park is a gorgeous location in the center of Benalmadena Costa. There is a stunning array of flora and fauna, plus a menagerie of animals including hens, rabbits, goats and exotic birds. The park is beautifully landscaped with themed gardens and rocky waterfalls, which run down to the lake. There are two bars within the park where you can relax into the evening listening to the calls of peacocks. Beside La Paloma park, you can visit Selwo Marina, the sister to Selwo Adventure Park. Modeled around different locations in South America, you can view close up dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, exotic birds and snakes. Recently a penguin habitation has been installed giving a glimpse of the Antarctic in Andalucia. There is a large choice of Golf Courses in the Benalmadena area. Benalmadena enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer. We recommend car hire at this apartment. Whilst sunbeds are not allowed at the pool area, the area allowed on the communal roof terrace.

    “Lejligheden er ok, men rengøringen kunne have været bedre. Man havde ikke været i "krogene". Madrasserne trænger til udskiftning og sengene er vakkelvorne. Køkkenet kunne også have været bedre udstyret.”

    “Appart agréable qui correspond bien aux photos. Il manque un peu d 'ustensiles de cuisine, et la literie à ses inconfortable.
    Le gardien a été très efficace pour la remise des clés et rapporter des ustentiles manquant. Le chauffe eau est tombé en panne, mais réparé très rapidement.”

    “Ren og fin lejlighed. Savnede lidt bedre møbler til afslapning på terrassen. Meget fin og rent område og dejlig ren pool. Skøn udsigt.
    Lidt besynderligt at man skal gå op af to trapper for at tage en elevator ned ? Men det er nok anderledes hvis man har bil med. Selve området er med stejle bakker, så det kræver gode ben, eller bil, da der er et stykke at gå til bus,indkøb, strand og fornøjelser.”
